Drop Ship Program:
AFD Home can drop ship your order directly to your customer’s residence or business location anywhere in the continental United States via our logistics partners. To sign up for our drop ship program, you just need to create an account with us. Visit our website www.AFDhome.com, proceed to create an account, fill out the require information and submit.
For drop shipments, we charge a nominal 10% fee, which is added to your order upon checkout.
You are responsible of keeping up to date with inventory and price changes since these do frequently change. AFD does allow you to use our photography in other websites.
We do require you to use your own FedEx or UPS account for small shipments, AFD will ship the first order under our FedEx account as a courtesy, and any other small shipments will be bill to your FedEx account.

Small Order Shipping Policy
We highly suggest consolidating your purchases to an order of $500 and above, this ensures you will take advantage of FREIGHT GUARANTEES for your initial shipment and any portion that may backorder.
Orders that do not qualify for our freight guarantee are subject to the following:
Small Order Fee Structure
$499 - $201 ($100 Fee)
$200 - $51 ($50 Fee)
$50 and under ($25 Fee)
We will pack and ship your order to your customer using our own freight company. Freight charges and any accessorial charges such as residential fees, lift-gate, and inside delivery fees will be added to your invoice. An additional drop ship charge of 10%, of total goods ordered, will be added to your invoice to cover some of the extra expense our company incurs in providing this occasional service to our valuable customers. YOU MUST also inform your consignee that during delivery, any visible damages need to be noted on the shipping documents
and delivery of that item is to be refused as this will prevent any additional fees being charged in the event transportation damage to the ordered goods occur. Should your customer take possession of the goods and find concealed damage, your claim will need to be filed with Art Frame Direct by contacting QAD@artframedirect.com
